The process of continual improvement

1. Identifying objects to improve:

Continual Improvement in ISO 9001

Customers' satisfaction
Efficiency of quality management system
Ability of processes.
Quality of products including services related.

2. Getting information:

Quality policy.
Quality objectives
Results of evaluation of quality management system.
Data analysis ( customers' satisfaction, conforming products, tendency of processes, tendency of products, supervision of suppliers, tendency of markets and competitors)
Preventive actions and corrective actions.
Meeting of review of management.

3. Identifying contents to improve:

Scope of improvement
Forms for implementation
Management 's support
Scopes of participated departments
Time of implementation

4. Reviewing, approval of contents and implementation of improvement actions

HOD makes an improvement request to submit to senior management for approval.

Once the improvement request is approved, it will be sent back to the requested Dept, so that HOD can give instructions to his staff to follow together with the specific plan.

5. Inspection of implementation.

HOD is responsible for doing regular inspection of his staff 's implementation.

Contents of inspection include: Time, order, volume of work, quality of work as per improvement request card.

6. Reporting results:

HOD is in charge of reporting results of improvement actions implementation as per planned to senior management.

If unable to implement the improvement or having obstacles, HOD will make CAR as per procedures for preventive actions and correction actions.

Attention: Every year in April and October (except urgent cases), management representatives will have meeting for improvement review. Contents in the meeting and the following implementation are done as interpreted above.
